I am very grateful for the hard work Kevin and his team put in. I was going through the ringer with another mortgage place and some friends told me about Evergreen and I decided to switch. I am so happy I did. They were straight forward, told me what was needed, what my options were, and I could not be more happy. I am now a proud owner of my first home because of them.
