I contacted Andy about getting a FHA loan on a triplex after another lender swore it couldn't close because of a title issue. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and reviewed the loan thoroughly before assuring me that it would, indeed close. I was definitely worried because the other lender vehemently stated that the loan would fall through at the last minute, but Andy patiently walked us through the process and everything went through perfectly without a hitch. I will definitely be contacting Andy's team the next time I finance a home and I can't recommend him enough.
