From my first encounter with Becky (back in August 2013) to constant call/emails with Carolina from October onward and you Rocio, we would do a touch base ever so often and you knew where I was in the whole process. All of you treated me with care, understanding, and compassion. At the end of the day, I did not feel like a transaction I felt like a human being trying to provide for my family.
