I will never ever using this lending group again. We were pulled in circles through the entire process, given incorrect information, not fully informed on what was happening, and not responded to on many occasions. Everyone else in our home buying process was incredible, but the lenders, which was a few by the way, did not know what they were doing. One was fired during the process, which is my assumption because she kept giving us and probably others incorrect information and not helping. We then had help from an additional lender who again misinformed us and failed to answers emails. It was not until the day before our closing that we were informed that things agreed on via email and over the phone would not work. Seriously go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. The only plus side is that it was quick.

Buying a home can be very stressful, with many tasks going on all at the same time. Lauren was beyond amazing and provided us with constant contact and guidance, every step of the way. I don't know if I would have survived the process without her! I would use them again and again- hands down! My only concern if you are going to use them, is be aware that they may sell your mortgage quickly. That didn't bother us though. They were upfront and transparent about it being a possibility, and we discussed our options and preferences on where we may be sold to. They honored our request, so 5 stars!
