I've banked here for seven years now. The staff has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. It reminds me of how banking was in the small farm community I grew up in.

I had a very delicate, very urgent question to ask. I was told only the supervisor could answer that question. I was told the supervisor would call me back. I waited one hour and called again. The supervisor was still busy. Two hours after my initial call, he was still busy and didn 't know what time he would call me back.
