The folks at HFG patiently and transparently explained each step of the way, and helped us understand the process as well as the options available to us. Their openness and willingness to explain things helped us become well informed and confident in our home purchase decisions. The home buying process is long and complicated, and ours was no exception, but I think throughout the entire thing there was only one real hang up/delay that was possibly the fault of HFG, and it was really not a big deal. Given how positive and genuinely helpful they were, I’m confident if something big had happened they would’ve done right by us. Medardo gave me a call a few days after closing to follow up and make sure we were all taken care of. A email with helpful reminders and links followed too. Great service and attention to detail. I don’t expect to buy another property or refinance anytime soon, but HFG will be who I contact first-thing and who I suggest friends and family give a call.
