We called ahead a week and a half before we went and they recommended making a reservation, but said it wasn’t necessary. So we didn’t, and we definitely should have. We couldn't reach them on the phone to see how busy they were for the day. A 45 minute drive turned into 2.5 hours because of traffic. When we arrived, the gal who seemed to be in charge curtly told us she was completely booked for the day and we should’ve made a reservation. She then abruptly carried on with whatever it was she was doing. Just got the impression that it was “sucks for you. Tough luck. Bye I’m busy” We went down the road and found another place to jet ski. The common theme was that the attitude we received from High Sierra was pretty typical and not surprising at all. It was really a bummer as High Sierra had the best prices in town.

I would like to share with you all that I found out that I took my $450 for no reason to any damage the jetski. The staff Smitty is not nice to cussing to my friends. I would never rent them again. They are really a fraud.
