He went above and beyond for my family while making sure to clarify the whole experience for us as first time home buyers. He is truly the best. Always kind and friendly. Always made us feel as if we were his only clients. We felt like a priority and that's huge in such a high stress environment. He reduced the stress immensely. He always responded in a very timely manner, answer my questions thoroughly, he he wasn’t sure of something he would let me know that he will find an answer and get back with me, he never gave up on my loan process. He stuck with me through hard times because I had a lot of paperwork that was constantly having to be documented and questioned! I had a very long and lengthy paperwork trial that was due to my divorce and some how James stuck with me every step of the way, and I mean, it thousands of little steps at a time!!!
