    Doesn't even deserve 1 star. If you want a delayed closing because they can't get their documents together, then use PrimeLending. This is the most painful, delayed, unorchestrated and unorganized closing I've had in my life. I'll be sure to advise all of my friends never to use this Company

    Sam and Erica were great, very responsive very knowledgeable gave me multiple different options for my loan and then explain them very thoroughly to me. Have had three loans through them and will definitely use them again recommend 100%
