My husband and I bought our first house in November 2018. Tim Mittl came at the recommendation of our amazing realtor, and with the amount of trust we had in her...it would be silly not to go with who she trusts! Ten months and 6 bidding wars later...we ended up with our dream house! Tim was ALWAYS available when we needed him and no matter how many times I asked the same questions...he was very courteous, down to earth and did whatever it took to get the job done. After closing, we got notification that our mortgage was going to be serviced by another lender...which was fine until we got a call from our new mortgage company 2 months ago trying to "save us money" by refinancing. Things seemed a little shady from the beginning, but I verified that it wasn't a scam and we proceeded with the refinance. After all, they said they could save us $200/month, which was fantastic! By the time we got to the end of the process, our "closing costs" were THREE TIMES the amount we were quoted and we were told by them "oh there was a mistake, but just sign the papers and we'll fix it later". Ummm...no that's not how this works. I'm not signing anything until it's fixed! Meanwhile, I called my trusty resource, Tim, and he told me he was gonna be contacting us shortly about a refinance anyway. He said what they were telling me was ridiculous and was able to save us $240/month and there was nothing shady along the way! We closed today and everything went great! We are so grateful for Tim and will use him over and over again, when the time comes! Thanks Tim!!
