Unfortunately our experience with this office has been far less than acceptable. We were often told two different things between two different agents and in the end we were told that we no longer qualified for ANY loan (when originally we were told we qualified for two different types) because they "must have done the math wrong on the application". This is after searching through many houses over the span of a couple months, finding the right one, and wanting to put an offer on it. They didn't even really apologize, just kind of skirted around it and bluntly said either come back with more income or less debt and brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. Very VERY disappointed. When we DO "come back" it will be to an entirely different mortgage company, that's for dang sure!

Very friendly people. Got me my mortgage without hassle and explained the whole process in a way I could understand.
