    The guy who runs this company is a fraudster, no matter what the courts say, and his company is a sleazy scam.

    I saved a lot of money with their hybrid mortgage almost five years ago (Jan 2013). I'm still locked in at 2.5%. I've knocked off a lot of my principle. I'm almost at the point where I will refinance at the much lower principle. I highly recommend their hybrid mortgage.
