Then the agent told me to have the new mortgage company call PHH to confirm this. First of all, I do not work for you and if there are issues in your system, you should take care of that yourself. A customer shouldn't be responsible to fix your error. Also the people working in the insurance department do not understand English, even the insurance company had issues being understood/understanding them. Very frustrating.
