I have purchased several homes from Joe. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate! He found me many great deals on investment homes and always offered great advice! He is overall just a great guy and I will continue to buy homes from him for years to come! If your looking to buy or sell a home, I would strongly suggest giving Joe a call and let his Remax team do what they do best! They are all extremely friendly and outstanding to work with!!

Poor experience overall working with this agent who was representing house we were trying to buy. Eventually after much hassle our agent was able to secure the house, but experience was not pleasant. Joe lost disclosures, did not respond to requests in timely manner (took days to answer phone calls), and claimed house was sold but listing was not taken off market...to name a few. His mother who we learned is his broker did not assist in the transactions much either. As a professional, I would not recommend this agent or his brokerage.
