Throughout the purchase of a home in the Patuxent River area, James Moran of First Home Mortgage made the process of financing and loan approval as seamless as I could imagine it could me. This purchase was a bit different from the usual home acquisition so some of the bigger lenders where being exceptionally difficult to deal with.
