My elderly parents wanted to refi back in 2016. Roger White was their "loan officer" and he was absolutely HORRIBLE! Never called them back. My parents were MORE than qualified but because they already had an existing loan, the "credit Union" didn't want to refi at a lower rate for fear of losing money. They wasted so much time (years) until unfortunately my father passed away. They are crooks! The absolute worst financial institution in this valley. Don't ever do business with them unless you enjoy having your time wasted and your feelings hurt.
