It is a shame that I have to put 1 star! This place is a joke of jokes for employment! It is the only warehouse in this spit spot town on the map! I know for a fact they barely pay minimum wage. When they have another plant in Covington Ga. That the pay is much better. TBH I think the white people in upper management are racist! More then 90% black make up the laborers. They hire from a temp agency to avoid any sort of benefits or perks. And since they are located in a small town that is primary black and surrounding areas there is NO other jobs for these hard working people. If you miss a day of work you can forget getting hired on permanent. Because they know there is no industry here. The county is one of the poorest unless your priveleage enough to live on the lakes! Again they know that it is nearly a 40 min plus ride in any direction to get to a town that has fast food or a Walmart! They pay forklift drivers barely what you make at McDonald's! Then want you to work 6-7 days a week! That pay I mentioned is full time and not through a temp! A temp agency pays less. Every time I've been by there there isn't anyone working they are all in the break room! I can't say that I'd blame them based on the pay and working environment! They have some foreign guy that is so rude you'd think being in America this long he'd learn some real manners! The turn over rate continues to stay high! If they have visitors(potential new customers)they scramble to clean and hide things! Not to mention had someone fall through a metal grate after they were warned it was unsafe! Smh Pay these people the same you pay the others in Covington! $9hr will NOT pay a grown man/womans bills! If they improve I'll review my post! Until then I wouldn't hold my breath they have been this way as long as I can recall! I'd NOT recommend anyone work there unless your stuck in this town. And if you've already worked for them they put you on a black list... wow!
