Jay and Colleen are the best at what they do. My wife and I were struggling with a loan company and were scared we were going to lose the house due to the 1st company dragging their feet. Not only did Jay get us .75% lower on our interest rate, but she also did the whole process in 1/5 the time as the other company. She is knowledgeable and someone you can trust. She loves what she does and the effort she made on our behalf was astounding. She really treats you like family. I cannot recommend her enough and wish I could somehow give her a higher rating!!!
