Joyce is awesome! I bought my first home with her and then refinanced it a few years later and she was able to get me a 3.6% rate with my not so good credit! Founders only offered a 4.75% rate with where my credit was at. Joyce is always smiling, kind, and good with my kids as well. Really enjoyed the whole home buying expirience thanks to her.
