if i could give it 0 i would. DONT WORK WITH QUAN as long as HE believe there is a commission you have the red carpet treatment. But if HE realize you may ACTUALLY be some work HE will need to take care of don't bother contacting HIM in this lifetime, until you've worked things out on your own. HE will not tell you the problem if there is one. you just figure it out once HE dont return your calls emails or text messages. We all work for money, but THIS PERSON IS beyond that.
