I stumbled across St. Cloud Mortgage one day when I was not planning on meeting with anyone regarding my mortgage dilemma. I was in the building taking care of other business where St. Cloud mortgage was located, and I happen to walk by the office. I stuck my head in to see if anybody was available. I was greeted by Corey and he was more than happy to make time for me. He welcomed me into his office. I estimate that we spent at least an hour talking about my set of circumstances and how he thought we should approach my unique loan needs. I explained to Corey that I wanted to combine my first and second mortgages into one new loan. I remember him saying he was not able to promise that my loan would be a sure thing. I was honestly surprised that someone who did not know me would take such an interest in a difficult situation such as mine. It was a long process, but in the end, we got the successful results they worked for. The rules and guidelines are constantly changing. However, that doesn’t mean you need to suffer through it alone. Corey and Justin where there for my wife and I every step of the way.
