We were first referred to Michael Belsham to save the purchase of our house after it was compromised with a complicated financial situation. Fast forward a few years from his first save and of course we returned to him for our first refi! It turned out to be a great choice. There was never any pressure and as it turned out, there were may more options than we anticipated that we would otherwise never have taken advantage of. During the entire process communication was prompt and might as well have been with a family member. Michael listened to us, our needs and plans and has proven to be the catalyst for our financial stability for our next chapter.

Extremely happy - Howard G. is the man! Always answered/returned my calls quickly and was a pleasure to work with, I will refer anyone looking for a home loan/refi to Howard G. - Academy is very lucky to have him.
