I dealt with the most rude, disrespectful and unproductive "representative" I have EVER encountered in my LIFE. I was waiting to speak with the manager, and Miss Sasha Lopez decided to chime in multiple times, (obviously she did not want me to speak to her manager) was extremely rude and then HUNG UP ON ME. She was so very nice when she wanted my money and then when I had a problem, her nasty attitude came flying out of the phone. I don't know how this company is still functioning with a foul employee like Sasha Lopez. Trash. Sasha Lopez alone deserves ZERO stars. Ask for someone else besides Sasha Lopez; She is horrific.

Not to happy with them.. they dont help at all with any issues
