I never write reviews, however; from my first correspondence with John Wolklin, I knew I would be writing him a review. He is absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. ( I knew nothing!) There were times I emailed him at 9pm and he responded the same night. He truly went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase our first home and answer literally any and all questions I had.
