We reached out to Mitchell because we met him through hometown friends prior to his career as a lender. Although our realtor was local, Mitchell was helping us from College Station as we were looking at houses in Spring. This did not deter his excellent communication and follow up with us. Not only did we get a great rate, he gave us suggestions for insurance companies, and he drove all the way from College Station to come to our closing (he even brought a housewarming gift for our boys). His follow up even after the fact has been the best. He truly cares about his customers!
