We started this process back in the spring and finally found the property this fall to close on. Brent was quick to respond and give us updated numbers on the various properties that we were interested in. At the end of the process, our rate and projected closing numbers came in better than projected, which is the ideal situation.. Brent went above and beyond for my wife and I . He responded back to us quickly even when he was out of the country on vacation, as well as showing up at closing in person. In other deals I don't remember if that happened but we knew Brent was there this round.
