Stay away from this company!!!! They will not return phone calls, and they will put your client in a bad situation. My buyer almost lost his earnest money due to misleading information. However, another lender got the job done with great communication.

These people are fraudulent brokers... Do not trust them they go by two different names Cross Country mortgage and Maverick mortgage group they don’t care about you or helping you get your loan it’s been 5 months and they still haven’t closed on a $90,000 loan which should be easy but somehow not for them. Each time they give us a closing date they come back stating they need more information and then it takes an additional week for them to process and approve. After the 5th month we realized these people were frauds because each time they would increase the closing cost up to &11,000 which is unheard of and then still they wouldn’t send over the package to the attorneys they made us notarize three documents just to say they need up to date bank statements although no information has changed instead of then just saying that they cannot commonmate the loan they had us gong gr months. The manager Wes Murphy don’t care and does nothing without a bad attitude and everyone else is just incompetent and mistakes then blame you for the mistakes so if you don’t want to waste your time don’t go these people because they just going to string you along with no remorse
