He made himself available to answer all of our many, many questions and concerns whenever we needed him. If we left a message, he called back almost right away. If we emailed him, he replied right away. Dave worked hard to find us the best rates, and provided information for all the different payment scenarios based on different interest rates that we could have selected from. Dave is an unbelievably nice guy and very good at his job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the process of purchasing a home.
