My fears and anxiety about taking out a loan quickly dissipated after all the help I received from Ashley May. She was patient in explaining the process and options thoroughly. She sought out the best possible type of loan for my project and worked hard to get my interest rate as low as possible. Always friendly and accessible, she made a stressful situation seamless for me!

My experience with Independence Home Mortgage was exceptional. My mortgage broker Brian Delikat was one of the best people to work with, he is very knowledgeable and responsive. He treated me like I was his #1 priority at all times. He made the mortgage process as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend working with him and his team.
