Horrible service. Disrespectful reps and slow at getting things done in a timely manner.

I started with Craig, quickly transfered over to Matt Baker who I get absolutely no communication from unless I contact him first. My house was done three weeks ago and the desire to close, or even an idea of what month that might happen, has come as a surprise to him. Evidently the morning of closing they decided there was an issue with a lien the builder has. Not sure how they missed the memo that Fischer (a multi state building company) had a lien until six months into the process. AND that was FIVE days ago. Fischer was able to build a house during the wettest three seasons. THREE!!! Winter, spring and summer but Matt can't sit in a climate controlled office and close a loan. Lol....Matt's response.... "I wish I had an explanation for you to give. Its frustrating to say the least as this is holding up everything"
