I work in silver springs often. Pizza factory is a fulfilling place to get a bite to eat. The meatball sandwich is the business!. The greek salad is also good. The staff is on top of their customer service. All in all its a great place for a good bite

Went in to sit and eat with family. We waited 35 minutes for our small order of chicken wings. All the while I watched the staff carry out their conversations with one another, stopping work completely. I used the restroom to wash my hands and as I was coming out I overheard a few employees talking about our order, apparently they had forgotten to make our pizza. It's been 45 minutes since we put our order in at this point. Finally we get our pizza (meat lovers) and I'm not one who complains when I get a little something extra but damn way to much TOPPINGS! The pizza flopped over the moment you picked it up off the tray along with most of it's toppings. If I had a baggie I could have made a whole other pizza outta the extra meat toppings they put on there. You guys ruined a good pizza 🍕. I personally wouldn't spend my time or money there again.
