If I could give this company an negative stars I would. They initially required 6 weeks to close on a loan for a customer that was purchasing my house - then required a 2 week extension....well that is here and now they claim they get an automatic extension of 10 more days....not gonna happen. I know plenty of people who have closed FHA loans way quicker than this company - run do not walk to another MORTGAGE LENDER, BECAUSE THIS ONE MAY LOSE THE HOUSE YOU WANT FOR YOU.
