I couldn't be happier with their customer support and services. Their service charges for Debit Cards and checking accounts is very reasonable. They have excellent seating and the place is extremely clean. They also have a drive through for quick deposits or withdrawals from your account. If you need to reestablish credit you can simply do what is known as a "Secured Loan" for $5000. This will restore you credit, unless it's ruined due to not paying your bills. But if it's just a case of lack of credit use this is a minor problem. Just get a secured loan, pay it off and you will have credit. Their interest rates are standard, as in, no problem. Student loans have high interest rates at all banks. There is a saying "Even a banker doesn't like to give Student Loans". The interest rate on these types of loans is always high, due to a high risk.
