Stay away from this company and Melanie the branch manager. The rating is not based upon getting the loan or not but based on the screw ups. During my loan process I received other people's document requests with their personal information, other people were copied in my emails by mistake simply because they had same first name as me And until the very end they couldn't get my address correctly documented and refuse to accept their mistakes. Instead they threatened to call the police on me if I didn't stop reaching out to them for the correction (which by the way was not every day more like days/week). There is no need for threats to me as the client nor my agent because you know you're getting a bad review to shut down what I have to say about my experience.
