Tried for weeks to transfer my auto loan to North Shore using this branch. Ended getting fed up of them not returning my calls so I called my original branch and they got the ball rolling immediately over the phone. I HIGHLY recommend going to a different branch to get any kind of work done. Awful awful awful service.
