We just closed on a house that was an estate sale and there were some extra complexities involved. Kelly went above and beyond in handling all aspects, even coming in on her own time on the weekend to help expedite the process, answering calls and texts at all times, essentially always being there for us. There were several things she caught and handled that saved us big bucks, both in the short and long term. Along with being a true professional, she is exceptionally personable, patient, and pleasant to deal with.
