Our experience with PRMG as a whole and Michael Reuter in particular was awful. We met to sign the first round of documents and then he immediately disengaged. Contact was limited mostly to him making eleventh-hour demands for signatures and/or fees we hadn't been warned about. When we reached out to him, Mr. Reuter was unresponsive. When we could reach him he dodged questions and strung us along. When the purchase of the condo we sought hit a snag, namely having the closing date pushed back three times due to disagreeing appraisers, he stopped answering our calls entirely and we were limited to second-hand reports from our realtor about what Mr. Reuter was supposedly saying. Contacting Mr. Reuter's boss Scott Luscher prompted him to make a few more calls to us. Two were to tell us to be ready to close that afternoon.Both days passed without closing and without an explanation. The third was to tell us to be ready to close on Monday. On Monday morning we received a call from the realtor telling us the condo was "dead". After all the delays our contract had lapsed so the owner, who was in the same limbo we were, put it back on the market and accepted another offer, something the realtor and Mr. Reuter had to know well in advance. I strongly discourage anyone seeking a loan from putting their trust in anyone connected to PRMG.

I would recommend Troy Yarolimek to EVERYONE I know. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, there was a few issues but he kept his promises and there was no guessing games. I am very pleased with my home buying experience.
