Thank you so much for all the help JVM! I’m so lucky I found you guys. Everyone spent time to explain everything in detail to me and I feel well informed and not rushed to my decisions. Aside from that, JVM was able close our loan in about 14 days! Everyone was great from Heidi, Madeline, Jennifer, Jenna and of course Desiree. Keep up the great work! JVM is great! They're super attentive, communicative, and they work quickly. They work as a team so you always get quick answers to questions from whoever is available and they work weekends! Our closing was super smooth from that side of things. Everyone warned us to be on the lookout for closing issues with the loan, etc. but there weren't any. I would highly recommend JVM to anyone looking to buy a house/property.
