My husband and I are first time homeowner and just recently closed on our home thanks to Anthony Wobbe. Saying that he was the best would be an understatement. Anthony went behind and above to ensure my husband and I understood every process being made. He made sure we felt comfortable in any decision that we were making. He was alway available when we need him and he is still available now. Having someone who believes in your dreams and will help them come true was such a relief for me and my family. Not only did he help us move into our new home but he took the time to get to know us as people and not just clients. He actually became family. Being a 25 year old single mom, I had felt owning my own home would not be something that was not something I should expect in the near future. Then I met Anthony Wobbe and he asked “why not?” This brief conversation and the work that he initially did to show me my reality started things in motion to home ownership. This past Friday my daughter and I closed on our new home and I cannot believe how this dream has come true! As we went through numerous ups and downs, needing docs and more docs and verifications there were times when I questioned if I would own my own home. Through it all Anthony calmed my frustrations, nervousness and doubt with his humor and compassion. He understood what I was going through, as a first time buyer, and help me relax through the process. He kept asking me to trust him and tried his best to prepare me for the hurdles. Looking back he was AWESOME! Now that my friends have seen me with my new home they too are starting to realize my dream’s reality can be theirs also.
