The worst bank ever.They screwed me out of $200,000. Gave the builder all the money without checking to see if he had finished the house. He hadn't, it was only half finished. They refused to look at the house to see if it was finished and made me pay the full mortgage, I had to spend $200,000 of our savings and IRA's to finish the house. So at 74 I should be retired, instead I am still working to pay the mortgage. If you go with this bank I am sure you will regret it. They would not even talk to me.
