Toby was unbelievably communicative in all aspects and made himself readily available to answer any and all questions throughout the process. He also took his time to explain everything. I was very weary of the process after hearing how hard it is to go through the lending process. Out of all the many things that are involved in buying a home, the one that I thought would be the hardest was the easiest. We are so appreciative that our realtor recommended him!!
