It started as a very smooth process. After I closed I found a lower interest-rate with another company. I decided to refinance again and I have been receiving multiple emails threatening that star west mortgage is going to sue me if I close before the 6 months. The funny thing is, is that star west mortgage motto is call us even if you refinanced, but when you go refinance again after refinancing with them, they want to sue you. Be careful with this company, they seem very nice to start and close, but they want wants best for them in the end.
