My wife and I were introduced to Jim Loch by our realtor. We were new to buying a home and spoke to about 5 mortgage guys before speaking to Jim, all of them making promises, and not explaining anything just lots of " Don't worry " from them. I have used Mike Mundy & his team twice and have been very pleased with each experience. Everyone I spoke with over there is polite and courteous and Mike is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The only negative is twice we were sent disclosures mid-afternoon and told in the e-mail they needed to be signed and returned that day. Fortunately we were near a computer and could sign and scan, but providing those documents a day or two earlier (or even first thing in the morning) would have been nice.
