Mike was great from start to finish. Got me an amazing rate,much better than I could find anywhere else. Was helpful,always there if I had a question,guiding me through the process and always ready to chase up the various parties if needed. I don't know if we'd have made our tight closing date without his help and certainly wouldn't have got the amazing rate we did. Could not recommend him more highly.

Fairview Mortgage is a fantastic company in an industry where not all firms are reliable or can be counted on! They do business the ‘old school’ way meaning they tell you if a mortgage is doable or if there are serious issues that may prevent it from getting done. In other words setting reasonable expectations. And, they always answer their phone. I would highly recommend them for any borrower!
