Over the last five years I have worked with First Equity on the mortgage of my first home purchase as well as for a recent refinance. Their service is second to none. The FE team makes the process easy and painless. I have recommended FE to family and friends and they have all had the same pleasant experiences that I did. Later this year I plan to purchase my second home in NJ and I will definitely reach out to First Equity Mortgage for assistance.

My husband and I have used First Equity 4 times in the last 10 years. We did one purchase, 2 refinances, and 1 construction loan last year. Each time the loan was handled professionally and accurately. They have contacts for every step of the process (appraisals, lawyer, title agency) and each of their partners was excellent as well. The construction loan was very complex and with multiple steps which Dave and Nicole were able to guide us through. i would highly recommend them.
