    This company builds great homes, but the mortgage company is disorganized and rude to work with. The mortgage lenders sit on files for days without working on them. When complaining to management about the lenders they brush off the complaints. I would highly advised against working with dsld mortgage. My clients are consistently displeased with the mortgage side.
