Michael Caputo and his BankSouth team were exceptional! There wasn't a time day or night that I couldn't reach out to Michael, Krista, or Connor! They were all nothing short of amazing. When I was told by Ameris Bank that getting my loan approved couldn't be done, Michael stepped in and got the job done! As a First time home buyer, I recommend anyone to the BankSouth team! Again, they're amazing! They made me feel at ease about my process and journey into my new home. I was off track with Ameris, and in two or three days, Michael and his team had me on track and headed to the finish line and in less than a months time! Well as of today, I am officially a Home Owner! I'm so grateful that a co-worker recommended him to me! Please understand me when I say this was an amazing and awesome experience!!!! Iretha Bowens

Michael and TEAM were absolutely outstanding ... From the initial conversation with Michael, I knew he was the perfect fit --- smart, polite, responsive, reactive, and reliable. His team follows his lead because they were all perfectly in sync with Michael and the mortgage that we confirmed to be the best fit. From the application through to the closing date ---- his team effort prevailed beautifully. I thank them all for their support and constant follow up that assured me they had everything covered. I thank you Michael ---- without a doubt, you were always available and immediately responsive with a successful solution. Very honored to say I now have a great financial guy with a great team and I will definitely return to him. You were the best Michael ... and very appreciated.
