Kirk Bargis has been assisting me with a mortgage line of credit. He has stated that he does not use his telephone and does not communicate answers to basic questions regarding the product. I am disheartened because First United in Tulsa has excellent customer service and did my original mortgage. I will not do business here again and I recommend using another First united location or another bank.

Brooke was great! She kept us updated throughout the process and took care of some issues that we were unable resolve on our own.
