Ian and his team made buying a house feel like a walk in the park. He was very attentive to my needs and very easy to get a hold of when I needed something. Him and his team had a fast turn around time in funding my loan. This made my home buying experience painless and stress-free. Thanks Ian!

Ian Chi and his team of experts made our home buying experience a simple one. As first time home buyers we expected the process to be complicated and overwhelming but with Ians knowledge of years in the business, the experience was smooth and painless. We could always reach out to him day or night with questions regarding terminology we never heard of and he was always more than happy to help us. We felt confidence knowing Ian and his team would be doing their best to take care of us.
