Fabulous tours! We did the Kitchen / Cottage and the Grand House tours. Loved both. The kitchen one was a much smaller group and was more intimate. The castle was unbelievable with the architecture, art, and Mediterranean influences. Highly recommend...

Nice entry point for the Hearst castle tours. Large gift shop and a little cafe for quick refreshments. The bathrooms are large, but get filled up cause of all the visitors. There's a kiosk outside where the tour groups gather where you can buy your photos. Everyone was nice and go the extra step to make your visit memorable
